  • Our guided walk will include a ride on the ferry.

  • There is a lot of wildlife in this area. You will be given instruction on how to approach wildlife photography, however we cannot guarantee any sitings.

  • You can bring any camera including your iPhone or any phone camera.

  • The emphasis is on having fun while learning.

Our workshop aims to equip you with the knowledge to get the absolute best out of your camera so you can focus more on taking great pictures.

The workshop begins with a thorough introduction to the fundamentals of photography, covering the best approach to mastering aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focusing, composition and light metering. Following this you will be given a tailored introduction to understanding your cameras menu system helping you to understand some of the hidden features and how to set your camera up perfectly for the pictures you want to take.

Once you are set up and comfortable with your camera we will ‘go out’ taking pictures, this is where the ‘fun’ begins putting into practice the varying techniques discussed in the earlier.
