David called us direct. He had bought a camera (a Sony 6300). He wanted to learn how to get the best from his new camera. Learning basic photography.
As usual we arranged to have a good chat with David, over the phone, prior to spending the day with him. It was immediately apparent that David lived close to a fantastic picturesque location, he also had a backlog of images that he wanted to show me, so we arranged to meet at his house – ‘in his man shed’ to be precise.
In order to deliver the best and most relevant training to you, we will arrange to run the course at the most appropriate location, we are not tied to our office. We have arranged to take some people to the zoo.
We spent a couple of hours chatting, looking at David’s pictures and drinking a coffee, then it was time to get busy. We went out into the local area and started taking pictures, it was a glorious day. David had grasped the basics quite quickly and with a little guidance from me he produced the pictures you see here and lots more besides.
Well done David, these are great shots !
This was the first time David had really ‘got to grips’ with his camera, he was finding the dials dials the Sony were a bit small for his hands, which made altering settings quite tricky, especially in the cold.
As with all our clients we kept in touch. We were able to help David to choose a more appropriate camera and we even popped into the camera shop to have a chat with them about his requirements. Once you have spent the day with us, you are part of our club 🙂
